In spring 2024, a new phase of the master plan was set in motion with the news that the Cunningham Restaurant Group will open a farm-to-table restaurant housed in a historic barn, soon-to-be community hub. Construction will keep the character and feel of the Beck Barn, donated by Sonny Beck and the Beck family.
Squirrel Park revitalization
Squirrel Park is envisioned to be a place where residents and the Purdue community can enjoy time outdoors together. In conjunction with Beck Barn, the park will be enhanced with recreational areas, pedestrian pathways, agricultural spaces, and more.
